Showing up starts here
Turning up to support someone you love in a health crisis is one of the most loving things you can do. It’s also one of the most confusing. You want to help, and nobody hands you a guide - until now.
How it works
Every kit is made for two. A box arrives each month for six months: one half for the person living it, one half for you. Your half gives you the context you’ve been missing, ideas for what to say (and what not to fix), and something to help you look after yourself as well. Each month there’s one small thing to do together. You can give the kit as a gift, or get it for the two of you.
How it’s designed
Each kit is curated by people who’ve lived the condition, and the people who supported them, with clinical input. We also design for the relationship, because a partner, a parent and a friend each show up in different ways.
What’s in the KIT?
The missing context, just for you.
What to say, and what not to fix.
One small thing to do together.
Something for you, too.
Because self-care matters when you’re turning up for someone else.
We’re working on it
We’re putting the first kits together now, with more conditions to follow. After that comes a companion app and a moderated community where you can connect with people who’ve walked this road before you.
This is your own guide, written for you.
