You don’t have to work it all out alone

A diagnosis can bring relief, grief and a hundred questions in the same week. Our kits are made for that moment, and for the months after it.

How it works

A kit arrives each month for six months. Each one has a single focus, so you take in a little at a time instead of everything at once. Inside are plain-language guides, small things to try, something comforting for the harder days, and words to help you say what you need to the people around you.

Your supporter gets their own guide in the same kits. You decide how much you share with them.

How it’s designed

Everything inside is chosen with people who live with the condition, so each item is there because someone who’s been there said “this actually helped.” Our guides are reviewed with clinical input, and they work alongside your care team, never instead of it.

This kit starts with you: how you’re feeling, what you need, and what might help.
